The presorted Full-Service & Seamless Acceptance compliant files will be available for download. Our team delivers completed files as quickly as 15 minutes up to 2 days depending on the requested level of services and customization.

Returned files include tray tags, pallet flags, qualification reports, Mail.Dat, and more. When eligible, pieces will be processed to receive a $0.001 rebate.*

All mailings will be automatically uploaded to the USPS PostalOne! Dashboard and ready for verification at the post office of choice.

Simply review your returned files, print, and drop off at the USPS.

Have you obtained any certifications from the USPS?

After meeting strict compliance standards, we are officially certified and listed by the USPS for Full-Service processing.

We need some of our files presorted quickly. How fast can you complete a file?

We can fully presort, upload files to the USPS and provide all relevant container tags, pallet flags, and complete all required paperwork in as little as 10 minutes - 48 hours, depending on your requirements.

Do you offer Intelligent Mail® Package Barcode (IMpb) and parcel presort services?

Our IMpb barcoded presort files are approved and certified by the USPS to presort and provide commercial IMpb labels. Our IMpb certification may save you $0.20 per piece on your next parcel mailing.

Are you presorting at Full-Service rates? Does Full-Service provide any discounts?

Yes! We presort all eligible files at Full-Service rates based on your requirements. This entitles you to lower postage rates. Additionally, we are compliant with Seamless Acceptance standards which provides a rebate of $0.001 per piece.

Our post office is requiring Seamless Acceptance. What is Seamless Acceptance and are you able to qualify us?

Seamless Acceptance is a mail entry process designed for Full-Service mailers automating the entry and verification of commercial mailings. This service is rolling out across the country and leverages electronic documentation, enabling faster delivery times and less verification when dropping off your mailings. When your data files are properly generated, Seamless Acceptance provides a postage rebate of $0.001 per piece. However, if you incorrectly process the mailing you may be assessed additional postage fees. Therefore, it is important to work with a company familiar with these standards and fully certified by the USPS.

We like your solution but we are worried about sending our customers' mail lists out of the building for processing. How can I be sure your solution is secure?
